Indian cinema’s highly anticipated film ‘Dhurandhar 2’ is generating immense buzz about six days before its release, signaling a big box office explosion. While regular show advance bookings have not yet started in India, there is tremendous excitement among audiences for its premiere and preview shows.

According to information received, over 4.5 lakh tickets have already been sold across the country. The film is also receiving an excellent response in the international market. Particularly in the US and Canada, its advance booking is reported to be very strong, and the film is heading towards setting new records there.

Based on initial advance booking trends, it is believed that the film has already grossed over ₹60 crore worldwide, further raising expectations for its opening collection.

New Record in Premiere Show Bookings

The trailer for this spy thriller, directed by Aditya Dhar, was released last week. As soon as the trailer came out, advance bookings for its preview shows also began in India, leading to tremendous excitement among audiences. According to figures until the morning of March 13, the film has sold approximately 4.7 lakh tickets across the country, registering a gross collection of about ₹24.4 crore. It is believed that this figure could soon surpass Pawan Kalyan’s film ‘OG’s ₹25 crore premiere record. If this happens, it will prove to be the biggest premiere ever for any Indian film, showcasing the film’s immense popularity.

Ranveer Singh’s Charm in Foreign Markets Too
This Ranveer Singh film is also receiving a fantastic response in international markets. Especially in North America, the film has grossed about 3 million dollars for the opening weekend, with approximately 1 million dollars coming from premiere shows alone. Additionally, the film is receiving a good response from other regions such as Europe, Asia, and Oceania, with around 1 million dollars in advance bookings recorded from these areas.

Combining all these figures, ‘Dhurandhar 2’s worldwide advance gross collection has reached approximately ₹60 crore. Trade experts believe that once regular show advance bookings begin in India, this figure can easily surpass ₹100 crore.
