Hit on TV, but the magic didn’t work in the film
Currently, Rohitash Gaud, Aasif Sheikh, Shilpa Shinde, and Vidisha are playing important roles in this show, of whom Rohitash and Aasif have been part of the show since the beginning.
Interestingly, a film titled ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain: Fun On The Run’ was also made based on this popular sitcom, but it couldn’t perform exceptionally well at the box office. Now this film has been released on ZEE5 on April 3rd.
Where to watch Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain on OTT platform?
Amidst recent discussions, Aasif Sheikh has confirmed that this popular sitcom is now being shifted to an OTT platform. Aasif Sheikh, who plays the character of Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in the show, told Variety India that Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain is being brought to ZEE5.
He said that the entire cast and crew of the show had already been informed about this change. Although, he doesn’t have much information about the news circulating in the media, but the team was told about a month ago that the show would now shift to a digital platform. This means that viewers will be able to watch it on OTT, not on TV.
Aasif is happy about moving to a digital platform
In an old interview, Aasif Sheikh had also expressed happiness about this change. He stated that the most important thing is that viewers are watching the show. In today’s era, people are very busy and find it difficult to take out time. In such a situation, with the help of mobile and OTT platforms, they can enjoy their favorite show anytime at their convenience.
