Israel-Iran War: The ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran has been going on for over a month. On Sunday, Israel launched large-scale attacks on Tehran. According to the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), these attacks targeted several missile storage facilities and temporary command centers in Tehran.
Following these attacks, significant damage is reported in Tehran. Meanwhile, Iranian media claims that Israel also targeted residential areas. In response, Iran fired missiles towards Tel Aviv and Israel’s Dimona nuclear facility.
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have claimed to have carried out large-scale operations in Tehran, targeting key Iranian military bases. According to them, these attacks destroyed several weapons storage facilities and production units.
The IDF also stated that during this operation, several temporary command centers, from where commanders were operating, were destroyed. In addition, ballistic missile production and storage facilities, air defense systems, and surveillance posts were also demolished in the attacks.
According to the IDF, this attack was part of a larger operation focused on weakening Iran’s military infrastructure. They state that targeted strikes were used to hit locations where missiles were manufactured, stored, and operated.
The attacks also reportedly damaged Iran’s air defense capabilities to reduce obstacles in future operations. Additionally, several command centers from which military operations were being conducted were destroyed.
The IDF states that the objective of these attacks was to weaken Iran’s military power and its strategic capabilities. However, these claims have not been independently verified.
